From early litter updates and video calls to health checks, collection day and lifetime support, we are here to guide you through every stage of welcoming a My Fluffy Nose puppy into your family. Families can join the My Fluffy Nose Waiting List for a £50 Waiting List Fee. The fee is non-refundable and deducted from the final puppy price if a puppy is purchased. Waiting List members receive early updates on upcoming pregnancies and planned litters, newborn photos, video calls and early access before puppies are advertised publicly.

Waiting List members receive updates on planned litters, pregnancy news, newborn photos and puppy development updates. All Waiting List members receive the same photos and updates at the same time to keep the process fair and transparent.
Live video calls are available from 3 days after birth, allowing families to meet the puppies and watch them develop from the comfort of home.
Waiting List members have the opportunity to choose their favourite puppy before public advertising begins. However, joining the My Fluffy Nose Waiting List does not guarantee first pick of the litter.
A puppy is only secured once My Fluffy Nose has confirmed availability and a £400 Reservation Deposit has been paid for that specific puppy.

The £400 Reservation Deposit secures the chosen puppy. Until this deposit is received, a puppy cannot be marked as reserved.
In-person visits are welcomed once the puppies reach 6 weeks of age. This gives families the chance to meet their puppy, see their development and ask any final questions before collection.
Puppies normally leave from 8 weeks of age after receiving their health check, first vaccination, microchip and puppy pack. We make sure every puppy is prepared as carefully as possible before leaving for their new home.
Collection is a special moment for every My Fluffy Nose family. At collection time, the new owner will receive their puppy, puppy pack and a My Fluffy Nose certificate presented in a beautiful frame.

Our support does not end on collection day. We are always available for advice on feeding, grooming, training, behaviour and health throughout your dog’s lifetime. Every My Fluffy Nose puppy will always matter to us.
